RULES  -  REGULAMENTO

 

All non-English films must have English subtitles, except films in Portuguese language.

 

At this time, we are only requesting online submissions and all materials must be viewable online.

By submitting your film to the festival, you agree to allow your film to be screened by the festival during the festival run, for which you are submitting, at no charge to the festival. 
 

By submitting to the festival you are admitting copyright ownership of everything submitted.​

The festival reserves the right to disqualify any submission at any time, if there is any question of ownership, copyright infringement or any sign of disrespect (in any form of media) to the festival or its representatives.
 

The festival takes place in the town of Teresopolis - Rio de Janeiro and selected films will be screened according to the festival schedule.​

The winners who not attend to the award ceremony will receive an online version of the certificate.

Todos os filmes de língua não Inglesa devem ter legendas em Inglês, exceto filmes em Língua Portuguêsa.

Neste momento, estamos apenas aceitando submissões online e todos os materiais devem ser visualizados on-line.
Ao enviar seu filme para o festival, você concorda em permitir que o seu filme seja exibido durante as datas do festival, sem nenhum custo para o festival.

Ao enviar seu filme para o festival você está admitindo propriedade de direitos autorais de todo o material enviado.
O festival reserva-se o direito de desqualificar qualquer inscição a qualquer momento, se houver qualquer questão da propriedade, violação de direitos autorais ou qualquer sinal de desrespeito (em qualquer forma de mídia) para o festival ou seus representantes.

O festival acontece na cidade de Teresópolis - Rio de Janeiro e filmes selecionados serão exibidos de acordo com a programação do festival.
Os vencedores que não comparecerem a cerimônia de premiação receberão uma versão online do certificado.
